? Guaranteed Hours & Overtime:

38.5 hours guaranteed with overtime for those who want it. Rates: 16.60 midweek, 19 on weekends.

? Drive a Brand-New EV Fleet: 105 electric buses (9m, 10m, 12m & double-deck) with air-con, driver-chosen seats, CCTV with audio and USBs.

? Supportive, People-First Culture:

Mentor drivers, accessible managers, social events, and excellent facilities with a coffee-shop feel and a pool table.

? For Qualified PCV Drivers:

2+ years' experience, valid CPC (we'll maintain it), max 6 points, DBS-clear. Route training provided (3-4 weeks) with sat-nav and video route guides.

Stability & Guaranteed Hours

: 38.5 guaranteed hours with strong overtime opportunities. Shift patterns include earlies (from ~03:30), middles and lates (to ~01:00). You'll typically rotate weekly, and you'll usually know 3-4 weeks in advance if you're switching patterns. Weekend and evening flexibility is essential.

The Right Role for the Right People

: You enjoy professional driving, like your own space, and value friendly chats with customers. You're comfortable with set holiday blocks (with a fair swap mechanism), five days over seven (with the option to work rest days within compliance), and monthly random drug/alcohol testing.

Training and Career Growth

: As a qualified driver, you'll receive 3 weeks of structured route training (up to 4 weeks on longer rosters), supported by specialised sat-nav and a route-learning video library. We'll also maintain your CPC, and have plenty of career growth opportunities.
