Join us as a PDS EMEA Client Interaction Specialist at Barclays, where you will shape the future of client service in Markets Post Trade. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of client relationship management, problem-solving, and derivative product expertise. You'll be the primary point of contact for approximately 25 institutional clients, managing queries, resolving issues, and representing Barclays externally. Working closely with front office counterparts and internal teams, you'll ensure exceptional client experiences across cleared OTC products, with exposure to ETD.
To be successful as a PDS EMEA Client Interaction Specialist, you should have:
Strong client-facing experience and excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Solid understanding of financial products, ideally Prime Brokerage or derivatives.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Derivatives experience.
Risk and control mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office tools.
