Job Title: Coach Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports coaching and education, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to effectively communicate with individuals of all ages. Responsibilities: - Educate and train individuals or teams in various sports disciplines - Develop and implement training programmes to enhance physical education and skills - Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and staff members - Provide guidance on sports techniques, strategies, and game rules - Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance to identify areas for improvement - Manage behaviour effectively during training sessions and competitions Experience: - Proven experience in sports coaching, preferably in a school or club setting - Strong background in Physical Education or related field - Excellent organisational skills to plan training sessions and schedules effectively - Ability to communicate clearly and motivate athletes of all ages - Proficiency in English language for effective communication If you are passionate about coaching, have a keen interest in sports education, and possess the necessary skills to inspire athletes, we invite you to apply for this rewarding role.
