About:

Amber Valley SSP CIO are a local non-for-profit organisation working in the borough of Amber Valley and looking to recruit highly motivated, talented PE & Sports coaches to engage the community in sport and physical activity

Amber Valley SSP CIO are committed to providing a quality service to its member schools & communities and adopts a strong approach to safety when working with children.

We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate and dedicated PE & Sports Coaches ideally with experience of working within a school environment. As a deliverer you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of schools leading extra-curricular sessions as well as curriculum PE lessons. The role will include delivering high quality provision to both KS1 and KS2 pupils.

Applicants will be expected to have a flexible approach to working with an ability to engage with students across KS1 & 2 whilst communicating effectively with staff.

Successful applicants will benefit from access to high quality PE planning and resources and will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced PE & School Sport Specialists in order to develop their skills further

The successful written applicants will be expected to be interviewed and be observed working with students.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to 15.00 per hour
