Responsibilities

Plan and deliver comprehensive physical education lessons tailored to various age groups and abilities Organise sports coaching sessions, games, and fitness activities that encourage participation and skill development Manage student behaviour effectively to create a positive and inclusive learning environment Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support individual improvement Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and healthy competition among pupils Maintain organised records of attendance, assessments, and behavioural incidents Collaborate with colleagues to develop school-wide health and fitness programmes Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and behaviour Ensure the safety of all students during activities by adhering to health and safety guidelines

Experience

Proven experience in teaching physical education at primary or secondary level Strong background in sports coaching across a variety of sports disciplines Demonstrated ability in behaviour management within a classroom or sports setting Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to motivate and engage students effectively Organisational skills to plan lessons efficiently and manage multiple classes simultaneously Previous experience working with diverse student populations is desirable but not essential

Pay: 50.00-80.00 per day
