Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic PE Teacher or Sports Coach to inspire students to develop a lifelong appreciation for health, fitness, and sports. The ideal candidate will possess strong teaching skills and a passion for sports coaching, fostering a positive and inclusive environment for learners of all abilities. Duties

Plan, deliver, and assess a diverse range of physical education lessons tailored to different age groups and skill levels Organise and supervise sports events, competitions, and extracurricular activities to promote team spirit and physical well-being Provide personalised coaching in various sports, encouraging skill development and sportsmanship Monitor student progress, maintaining accurate records of attendance, participation, and achievement Ensure the safety of all students during activities by adhering to health and safety regulations Foster an inclusive environment that promotes respect, teamwork, and positive behaviour among pupils Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum content that aligns with educational standards and organisational goals

Skills

Proven experience in sports coaching with the ability to motivate students of diverse abilities Strong teaching skills with the capacity to engage and inspire learners through innovative methods Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple activities simultaneously Good communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues Ability to promote teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship within a school setting Flexibility to adapt lessons based on student needs and available facilities
