Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Managing and updating the member database (including both individual and bulk data changes)
Producing retirement quotes and settlement calculations
Generating benefit statements
Communicating directly with Scheme members
Running payroll for the Scheme
Overseeing treasury and cash flow management
Compiling SLA performance reports
Supporting and managing projects
Participating in GMP equalisation initiatives
Providing support on consultancy work
Carrying out other tasks related to UK defined benefit Scheme administration
About You - Key Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 1 year's experience in a pensions administration role
Strong working knowledge of defined benefit pension schemes and their day-to-day administration
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills
Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
Self-motivated and capable of managing your own workload
Desirable:
Progression or completion of PMI (Pensions Management Institute) qualifications

Pay: 27,000.00-34,000.00 per year
