We have an excellent opportunity for a Pensions Assistant to join our Pension team, responsible for administering the Croda Pension Scheme in line with the Service Level Agreement and ensuring member data is up to date and accurate.

Previous pension administration experience
GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent
A willingness to learn with a can-do attitude
Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office Products including proficiency in Excel and Word
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Effective communicator
Team player
What You'll Be Doing:
Be part of a team that values diversity, sustainability, and continuous innovation, where your ideas and contributions matter.
A variety of administration activities connected to the running of the pension scheme, including leavers, data changes, setting up benefits into payment
Performing pension calculations, with the support of the pension team
Sending out member communications
Collate and process invoices and submitting monthly Trustee bank reconciliation
Support other pension team members with pension projects and pensioner payroll

Additional Information
This is a hybrid position based at our Cowick head office in Snaith (East Yorkshire). Initially, as part of training, you will be required to attend the office every working day.
