What you will do:
Develop pension provider relationships to ensure first-class customer service is achieved
Create new business, and expand the pensions "portfolio/book"
Work with financial crime and risk colleagues to mature the due diligence review process.
Ensure Financial Crime related referrals are prioritised and dealt with within agreed SLA's
Manage Experian alerts ensuring associated procedures are followed and findings documented as prescribed
Provide guidance and assistance to the Pensions Banking Team with particular focus on developing the knowledge base of the pension sector
Develop internal relationships with Partnership Support, Pension Banking Team, Head of Pensions Banking and Support and representatives from our own Risk & Compliance, Payments and IT teams

What you will need:
Comprehensive understanding of pension related savings and transaction banking products
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex facts to a variety of people from Support functions through to senior management
Management experience gained in a process driven environment
The ability to work independently to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy
Strong knowledge of Partnership proposition's along with an understanding of the supporting infrastructure (Commercial Online Banking)
