We're looking for a highly organised and proactive

People Administrator

to support the smooth running of our People (HR) department and the wider office. This is a great opportunity to grow within the HR field and gain valuable experience, with the chance to complete a CIPD apprenticeship as part of your development.

What you'll be doing



These are the things you'll be responsible and accountable for, and some of the tasks you'll need to carry out

oStart the day by emptying the post box - who knows what surprises await!

oJump into recruitment support - helping us grow our awesome team

oKeep an eye on any AWOLs (we like to know where everyone is!)

oKeep our trackers in top shape - recruitment, new starters, probations, and more

oUpload right to work documents, probations, and other records to Advance

oLend a hand to weekly payroll and help create KPI reports

oHelp create and post job adverts to attract great talent

oKeep the office running smoothly by ordering supplies and monitoring what we use

oTake care of scanning and filing - because organised is our middle name

oWork with the training team to keep everyone's records up to date

oKeep our business organogram looking sharp and current

oHelp manage the Colleague of the Month (COTM) process & colleague events - celebrations matter!

oOrganise Colleague Champion meetings - bringing ideas and voices together

oSend out bi-monthly reminders to leaders about outstanding holidays

oSupport with organising health surveillance - keeping everyone safe

What you'll have



Ideal Candidate:
We're looking for someone who is eager to build a career in HR. As long as you bring the right attitude and behaviours, we'll provide the apprenticeship and the hands-on experience you need to grow and succeed.

Skills and Experience Required:



oA full UK driving license & vehicle to be able to drive to our other sites from time to time

oA proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

oStrong organisational skills with great attention to detail

oAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

oExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal

oConfidence handling phone, email, and in-person enquiries professionally

oGood level of IT skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

oAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately

oAbility to work well independently and as part of a team
