Position

Reporting to the People Director, the People Advisor will be a valued member of our small and collaborative People & Comms team. You'll support client groups across the business, providing practical, thoughtful, empathetic advice throughout the employee lifecycle, while contributing to a variety of HR projects and initiatives. Working closely with stakeholders and the wider P&C team, you'll play an active role in day-to-day HR operations and longer-term initiatives that help strengthen our culture and bring our values to life.

This is a hands-on, varied role that would suit someone with some HR advisory experience who's ready to take on more responsibility and develop further as a trusted partner to the business.

Requirements

Essential

Previous experience in an HR/People Advisor or Coordinator role, providing advice across the employee lifecycle Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices, confident in managing employee relations issues, including TUPE and redundancy, in line with relevant legislation and internal policies Curious and proactive, keen to take initiative, ask questions, and seek opportunities for improvement Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset A collaborative team player and ambassador of our core values: Be Kind, Always Curious, and Be the Best We Can Be,consistently representing these values across the wider business

Desirable

CIPD Level 3 or 5 (or working towards) Experience working in a creative, digital, publishing, or media environment Experience in training delivery and design
