Exciting opportunity to join our Advisory Team as People Advisor!

Are you passionate about delivering high-quality HR support and advice? We're looking for 2 x

People Advisor's

to join our People Team on a permanent and 12 month FTC basis.



As an

People Advisor

you'll gain valuable insights into a wide range of HR-related work. Your proactive and collaborative approach will help you succeed as you provide professional support to people across the business.

What You'll Be Doing:

Act as the main contact for new starters and conduct exit interviews. Provide wellbeing support and manage occupational health referrals. Support individuals on sick leave and family leave, ensuring a smooth return to work. Assist with performance management and career development. Prepare and analyse people data to present to the wider team. Support annual processes such as performance reviews, promotions, and salary reviews.

Human Resource experience Discretion and confidentiality Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
