People Advisor (maternity Cover)

Job Description

Duties include:



Employee Relations: Manage complex employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, performance management, and conflict resolution HR Policies and Procedures: Advise managers on the interpretation and implementation of company policies Compliance: Ensure HR practices are legally compliant with employment regulations and company policies Change Management: Support organisational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and employee support during transitions

Skills & qualifications required:




Education: CIPD Level 3, working towards or already have CIPD Level 5 (ideal but not essential) Experience: 3+ years of HR experience, with a strong background in employee relations, performance management, and recruitment Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage multiple HR processes and priorities effectively Strong analytical skills for reporting and decision-making Proficiency in HR Systems and Microsoft Office

Full time Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Part time hours also available, please enquire.




Salary - 36,000 to 39,000
