CloudiQS is looking for a We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR / Director of People & Culture to lead our human resources initiatives and foster a thriving workplace culture. This pivotal role involves developing and implementing strategies that enhance employee engagement, drive organisational effectiveness, and support our mission. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of human resources practices, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to leverage technology to optimise HR processes.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute HR strategies that align with organisational goals and promote a positive workplace culture.
Oversee the implementation and management of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) such as Workday, Taleo, and PeopleSoft.
Manage recruitment processes through Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
Foster strong relationships across departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Utilise Salesforce for managing employee data and reporting on HR metrics.
Lead initiatives in social media management to enhance employer branding and attract top talent.
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry and maintaining accurate employee records.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, including training programmes, performance management, and feedback mechanisms.
Skills
Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of HRIS systems.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organisation.
Proficiency in data entry and management within HR systems such as Workday, Taleo, ATS, Salesforce, and PeopleSoft.
Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail in administrative tasks.
