? About the Role
This role is a unique opportunity for you to lay the foundations for a career in People + Culture as you'll get to understand and dig into all aspects of the employee lifecycle working across multiple clients.
As a member of a small client-facing business, you'll work directly with our partners on projects - experienced people and business builders. You'll work on both the client work itself, as well as being behind the scenes supporting the growth of our own business. This role is well-suited to someone who loves building and creating.
You'll likely be either in the early stages of your People + Culture career, or have a couple of years early experience in consulting and loving the exposure and challenge you get from client delivery. Alternatively, you may be transitioning from a different but related field. This role is genuinely super exciting in terms of remit - you'll get the chance to be creative and work across multiple clients, from tech and fintech to life sciences and venture capital.
There'll be plenty of opportunities for progression and development - you will be learning super quickly! We have plans to scale our team of client partners rapidly, which means there will be the opportunity for you to move into roles with more ownership and client exposure as you develop.
