We are now recruiting for a People Business Partner to join our small Red Bee Media UK People team.



The person in this role will work closely with the business and support senior line managers with operational People activities. In addition, they will collaborate with the Red Bee People Business Partner colleagues in the wider team, Ericsson Business Partners, Global People Shared Service Centre and Subject Matter Authorities.


This role is a mixture of business partnering and project-based work, the project work will include employee engagement, talent management, employee relations, diversity & inclusion and total reward. This role will give the successful candidate a great opportunity to grow and develop in a dynamic organisation.


Key Responsibilities
Act as a business partner to select parts of the organisation, supporting the achievement of business objectives and targets. Guide on case management including: disciplinary, performance, sickness & grievances Work with our Trade Union activities, including undertaking local liaison meetings with employee representatives within the selected business area Provide People advice to employees and managers Execute all the UK & Global People programmes and practices as per the People calendar. Facilitate and contribute to change programmes including restructuring & reorganisations Guarantee adherence with local labour laws and global directives Guide recruiting, development & retention and employee engagement programmes Manage any TUPE transactions Finally, challenge the way we do things to simplify and improve
The Skills and Experience You Need
CIPD qualified or part qualified Bachelor's degree in a Human Resources or related fields Experience of complex organisations ideally in the Media /IT/Telecoms sector Employment law experience and exposure to case management Able to manage ambiguity Experience of complex people delivery on a matrix basis Substantial business acuity Excellent project management skills Ability to engage, encourage, and influence people Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office - especially Excel Excellent IT skills and exposure to HR IT systems What is in it for you?
