What you will be doing





You will gain experience in a variety of People Consulting specialisms, such as organisation design, change management, communications, HR transformation, talent management, diversity and inclusion, learning, and workforce analytics.

Working in project teams to help clients solve people-related problems and implement people-related solutions. Your day-to-day activities will vary depending on your project
Conducting research and analysing data to develop commercially sound recommendations
Supporting workshops and contributing to reports, presentations and other deliverables
Travelling around and outside of NI if the project calls for it
There will also be times when you are not working on a project and you will have the opportunity to contribute to developing our practice and on business development by helping with proposals


Key programme facts

Programme length
Two years. Please note: If you are successful in securing an offer you will be required to remain in Northern Ireland for the entire duration of the programme. The offer cannot be transferred to any other EY location in the UK or Ireland.
Professional qualification
UK & Ireland - CIPD - Level 5 certificate in Human Resource Management. Financial Services - CIMA - Certificate in Business Accounting
