An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced People & Culture Administrator to join the People & Culture team and perform general administrative human resources duties while providing support to allocated homes and management teams as required.
The People & Culture Administrator will be responsible for the onboarding process of allocated homes, ensuring all systems contain relevant information and are up to do, and completing employment documentation in line with company procedures and ensuring the process if carried out in line with employment law, immigration law and CQC regulations.
We are seeking someone who has sound knowledge of HR policies and procedures, particularly with recruitment and onboarding, and can support our homes and management teams efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to work under pressure and on several tasks or projects at once, and must be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and with different audiences in a friendly and professional manner.
