Summary
We are seeking a dynamic People & Culture Administrator to support our People & Culture team and to help foster a positive workplace culture. This pivotal role is based in Newry and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's ongoing growth and success. We are willing to consider flexible working hours for this role, reduced hours and/or days will be considered.
Responsibilities
Core HR Administration and Processes:
oSupport the administration of recruitment and selection processes, ensuring a seamless candidate journey.
oCoordinate the induction and onboarding of new employees to foster a strong start within the company.
oManage administrative tasks across the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to
offboarding.
oMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including HR systems and personnel files.
Employee Engagement and Wellbeing
:
oAssist in planning and delivering employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
oSupport the People & Culture team in fostering a positive work environment through employee focused campaigns.
Training and Development:
oEnsure accurate maintenance of training records and schedules.
oProvide administrative support for learning and development programs, helping to enhance workforce skills.
Policy and Best Practices
:
oPromote adherence to company policies, procedures, and HR best practices.
oSupport compliance with employment laws and regulations across NI, UK, and ROI.
Other Projects
:
oParticipate in ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Head of People & Culture, contributing to strategic objectives.
Essential Qualifications
:
GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
One year administrative experience
Ability to work on own intiative
Flexible approach to work
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to undertake training
Desirable Qualifications
:
Experience working in an HR environment
