People & Culture Administrator Part Time

Job Description

The Role


We are seeking a

People & Culture Administrator

to provide administrative and organizational support to our People and Culture team. This role is ideal for someone with

1-3 years of experience in HR administration, office administration, or related support roles (e.g., HR, PA, Reception, General Administration)

who is looking for a flexible part-time position (6-12 hours per week).

You will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining up-to-date documentation and records, and supporting HR processes, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and managing employee data.

Key Responsibilities



Support the People & Culture team with administrative tasks, including document preparation, data entry, inbox management, and record keeping. Assist with recruitment coordination (scheduling interviews, candidate communication, document checks). Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring employee records and documentation are accurate and compliant. Maintain HR databases and tools to ensure that information is current and accessible. Contribute to internal communications and support the organisation of team initiatives. Provide general administrative support for People & Culture projects as needed.

Requirements



Currently based in the

UK, Germany, France, Italy, Poland, Albania, Greece, or Spain,

with the legal right to work in your country of residence. 1-3 years of experience in administration, preferably within HR, office support, personal assistant, or similar roles. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Confident using digital tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, HR/CRM tools). Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Self-motivated and reliable, able to manage tasks independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have



Previous HR admin experience (contracts, onboarding, HRIS). Familiarity with compliance processes (right-to-work, GDPR, background checks). Interest in developing a career in HR/People & Culture.
