to support both the operational and strategic sides of our People function. You'll help ensure smooth delivery of core HR processes like onboarding, payroll, and benefits, while also working closely with senior P&C leaders on data-driven projects, reporting, and research.
In addition, you will collaborate across departments to support the alignment and integration of People & Culture goals and initiatives.

This role will be a hybrid role, working from the office 4 days per week.
Responsibilities:
Maintain the integrity of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) by ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to support with the onboarding lifecycle, creating contracts and supporting offer documentation
Using the company's internal IT ticket raising system for people related changes, joiner and leavers
Support with the pre-employment screening for new joiners as well as the annual refreshers
Learn to generate scheduled and ad-hoc reports on key HR metrics, including headcount, turnover, and recruitment data.
Assist in creating dashboards to visualize people data and trends for leadership and the People & Culture team.
Support the People & Culture team by assisting with the analysis of people data to identify trends and challenges.
Support with initial insights to inform decisions on talent management and employee engagement.
Assist with annual processes like performance reviews and compensation cycles by pulling relevant data.
Learn how to use and support the implementation of new HR technologies and tools.
Help document and maintain HR processes and procedures.
Provide general administrative and project support for the People & Culture leadership team as needed.
Support with DEI, Wellbeing, Engagement initiatives as well as the creation of our People and Culture monthly newsletters.
Maintain training records and assist with Learning and Development administration

Essential Skills and Experience:
Recent university graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
A strong academic background with evidence of an interest in human resources.
Experience with an HRIS or data visualization tools (like Power BI or Tableau) from a university project or internship is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Excel and the broader Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to take initiative.
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
A proactive and curious attitude, with a keen interest in learning about the financial technology industry.
