, you'll join a collaborative, fast-growing team on a mission to build an inclusive, high-performing workplace. Backed by

, we support over 15,000 clients and manage more than 3.6bn in client funds, operating across the UK, Asia, and the Middle East.
What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of the People & Culture team, you'll:
Partner with managers across the business to deliver exceptional people support.
Own day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, payroll, benefits and admin.
Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance and wellbeing.
Support wider people initiatives--like policy updates, TUPE and M&A projects.
Drive key processes including performance reviews and internal communications.
Use data insights to influence decisions and improve the employee experience.
Work on exciting people-first projects that shape our evolving culture.
Travel to our UK offices as needed (expenses covered).
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in HR or People & Culture roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Confidence advising on employee relations, performance, and conduct issues.
A coaching mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels.
Tech-savvy and open to using tools like

, and AI.
Skilled at juggling multiple priorities with a solutions-focused approach.
A collaborative, people-first mindset with emotional intelligence.
