Role Overview



This is a pivotal role focused on delivering impactful People Experience initiatives across AS Watson Europe. You'll turn ideas into action, ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard and bring real value to our colleagues. Working collaboratively with stakeholders across our European Business Units, you'll use insights and external research to keep our approach fresh and innovative.



A Typical Day in This Role



Manage end-to-end delivery of People Experience initiatives, ensuring they land on time and to a high standard. Deliver the annual People Experience calendar, including events and summits. Work collaboratively with stakeholders across our European Business Units and Group teams to ensure alignment. Balance local relevance with regional consistency when implementing initiatives. Analyse feedback and insights to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Conduct external research and horizon scanning to bring fresh ideas and best practice into our People Experience strategy. Support adoption of new ways of working and help embed them effectively.

Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively. Ability to build trust and work effectively with stakeholders.
