What You'll Be Doing
Owning end-to-end delivery of digital HR products
Simplifying complex system updates into audience-friendly solutions
Aligning product roadmaps with our People Ambition strategy
Leading requirement gathering and managing deadlines
Supporting key lifecycle events (e.g. succession, career conversations, talent sessions)
Connecting with teams across the business to add value through innovation
Being the go-to expert for SuccessFactors and other People tools
Ensuring data remains secure and compliant
What You Bring
Clear communication and strong stakeholder engagement skills
Comfort working across varied HR technologies and strategies
A passion for making systems work smarter for people
Understanding of project milestones, deliverables and planning cycles
Experience in requirements capture and solution design
Deep awareness of the HR and people lifecycle
You'll be the engine behind our global digital HR journey--delivering tangible impact, from early talent recruitment to annual compensation reviews.
