We're looking for a proactive and detail-focused People Team Assistant to support our People function with both administrative and system-based tasks. Working closely with the wider HR team, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate employee data, supporting recruitment and onboarding, managing documentation, and being a key user of Harri and Microsoft Teams.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Systems & Admin (Harri):
Upload and distribute new policies and documents
Manage user permissions, including adding managers and job templates
Update employee job titles and salaries, and process promotions
Coordinate new site setups with Harri account manager
Remove employees from schedules when needed
Documentation & Organisation:
Maintain and organise HR documents on Microsoft Teams (e.g., job descriptions, templates, onboarding paperwork)
Ensure phone directories, IT forms, and other reference materials are up to date and accessible
Track and share HQ birthdays, and update People calendars accordingly
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Monitor Recruitment and People inboxes daily
Upload new starters and probation reviews to relevant trackers
Assist with sending contracts, onboarding forms, and reference letters
Reporting:
Produce weekly travel and accommodation reports
Create monthly people reports for finance
Collaboration & Support:
Assist team members in learning Harri functionality
Act as a key point of contact for day-to-day HR admin queries
