We are looking for a People Operations Manager to join our People Team.

As part of a wider Group strategy, we have recently had a new system implementation within our people space, and we need you to come in and translate policies and processes into an aligned self-serve model.

Delivering significant and essential change, there is a lot to do. Having knowledge and understanding of embedding a self-service system is a real advantage.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll then turn to all things in our People Strategy that will build and embed into the functional operations you have created. Working closely with our People and Culture Director, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be involved in all touch points along the employee life cycle, creating innovative solutions, driving engagement, and growing our fantastic employer brand in the process.

This People Operations Manager role can be delivered using an informal hybrid approach with two days per week in our city centre office with the potential to spend more time there to deliver training and workshops as needed. There may be occasional travel to London. We pride ourselves on being inclusive and flexible and are open to discussions around part-time or adjusted hours.

Essential Skills
  • Able to problem-solve through the identification of component parts and create proposals which can be practically delivered.
  • Able to actively encourage engagement with change; building willingness to adapt, innovate, and improve.
  • Able to prioritise workload and deliver against timescales.
  • People leadership experience and exceptional customer service.
  • Passion for recruiting and developing talent with experience of different approaches.
  • Current Employment Law knowledge and the ability to translate it into practical application.
Desired Skills
  • Ideally, knowledge and practical experience of using PeopleSource/Success Factors/Itrent, and MHR.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint.
  • Preferably MCIPD qualified or equivalent.
