The Role
Collaborate with management to ensure the business operates in a way that maximises the effectiveness of it's people, providing HR solutions and demonstrating adding value.
Provide support and guidance on employee relations, recruitment, employee engagement, talent management, reward, performance management and change.
Support change initiatives.
Utilise HRIS system for data analysis and reporting to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Facilitate communication between employees and management to address concerns and promote a positive work environment.
Design and deliver training sessions on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance employee understanding and compliance.
Analyse workforce data to provide insights that drive organisational effectiveness and improve employee retention rates.
About You?
CIPD Level 5 Qualified (or equivalent)
You will have proven experience in a similar role.
You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
You will possess excellent understanding of UK employment law and experience managing complex ER cases.
