What You'll Be Doing
Acting as a trusted partner to line managers, providing expert guidance on all people matters.
Coaching managers to handle employee issues confidently and build high-performing teams.
Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
Collaborating with the Learning & Development team to deliver impactful training and leadership development.
Leading and contributing to wellbeing and engagement projects across the business.
Liaising with payroll and benefits teams to ensure seamless employee experiences.
Supporting HR policy updates and ensuring compliance with UK employment law.
Analysing HR data and insights to support decision-making on retention, absence, and engagement.
Championing internal communication and driving alignment with our company culture and values.
Acting as a role model and ambassador for the People Team, bringing our values to life every day.
What You'll Bring
At least 5 years' experience in a generalist or specialist HR role.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills - you're confident, approachable, and a great listener.
Experience coaching and developing managers.
Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset - you get things done and make things happen.
Experience working with HRIS systems and a passion for improving processes.
CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent qualification).
Competence in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
