The Arup People Function is undergoing an exciting period of transformation. Our global team operates within a matrix organisation spanning five regions, our other global functions, and over 30 countries to deliver integrated talent acquisition and mobility initiatives that empower and inspire our members.

Role purpose
Act as a strategic partner for the global functions, working with the relevant members of the Executive Board and specialist function Global Leaders and their leadership teams to deliver measurable impact and drive sustainable, high-performing results with the global team of leaders and businesses. This is achieved by being a trusted, people-centred Business Partner that empowers our members and leaders to grow and succeed. This role has accountability for developing the people plan for the global functions including Total Design (including Arup University) and the Strategy Office (including Digital Technology) or Finance, People, Legal and HSEQ ensuring it meets the global requirements and collaborating successfully to ensure regional relevance to deliver the business strategy and integrated business plan.
