You'll need to be confident making decisions independently and managing a wide range of stakeholders with credibility and impact. Assist with workforce planning, succession, and talent management strategies, bringing innovative thinking to how we attract, retain, and grow talent. Provide direct coaching and mentoring support to managers and leaders, helping them to develop confidence, capability, and high-performing teams. Ensure all colleague records and data are accurately maintained and up to date within our HR system, including conducting audits as and when required. Analyse people data to inform decision-making and identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Contribute to policy development and continuous improvement initiatives that evolve and modernise our people practices. Act as a visible, approachable, and solution-focused partner, confidently managing a broad range of internal and external stakeholders. Ensure all people-related practices comply with employment legislation and align with our organisational values.

You are passionate about people and performance, with a drive to make a meaningful impact. You bring fresh ideas, a positive attitude, and the confidence to challenge constructively where needed. You're naturally collaborative and credible, building trust with stakeholders at all levels , from frontline teams to senior leaders. You enjoy coaching and mentoring others and take pride in helping leaders grow and succeed. You're confident making decisions independently, balancing business needs with our commitment to values and people-first culture.

Skills and Capabilities

Excellent relationship building, influencing, and coaching skills. Colleague experience-focused approach with an eye for continuous improvement. Strong problem-solving ability with a solution-focused and innovative mindset. Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure in a dynamic, growing business. Effective at identifying and implementing improvements that enhance the colleague journey and support business transformation. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organised and able to work autonomously while contributing effectively to a team. Confident managing a wide range of stakeholders with professionalism and tact. Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint); experience with Power Automate & PowerBI is a plus.
