Job Overview:
The People and Purpose Manager is responsible for fostering a purpose-driven culture and ensuring the well-being of our employees. This role will oversee all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management,?employee relations?and organisational development. Additionally, the People and Purpose Manager will champion our Company's mission and values, ensuring they are integrated into every facet of our operations.
Your team:
Our previous People and Purpose Manager remains in this department they will be remaining within your team to assist in administration within this department and for the wider business.
Our Heads of Departments will be working alongside you to support and assist with rolling out our development and enhancements to the entire company.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement?a?HR strategy aligned with the?Company's mission, values, and business objectives.
Provide advice to the executive team on all matters related to people and organisational culture.
Oversee the recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain talent.
Implement effective onboarding and continuous learning programs to ensure employee growth and development.
Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, productivity, and retention.
Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to understand employee needs and address concerns.
Provide advice, coaching and support to managers on employee relations issues.
Provide coaching and support to managers on effective performance management techniques.
Ensure fair and equitable compensation and benefits practices.
Integrate the?Company's mission and values into HR practices and business operations.
Lead CSR initiatives and ensure the?Company's social and environmental responsibilities are met.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
Relevant professional qualification
CIPD qualified
Previous HR management experience.
Deep understanding of HR best practices, including team management, employee engagement, and organisational development.
Strong commitment to the Company's mission and values, with a passion for natural health and wellness.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the Company.
A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive change but with a willingness to deal with day-to-day operational employee matters.
