We're looking for a People Services Manager to lead our HR People Services (HRPS) team and drive seamless, high-quality support across the employee lifecycle. This is a pivotal role that blends operational excellence with strategic HR advisory support for our Central Functions - including IT, Sales, and Finance.

What You'll Be Doing



Leading a talented HRPS team to deliver onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, data management, and policy support with precision and care. Acting as a trusted escalation point for complex or sensitive queries, offering expert guidance and resolution. Ensuring compliance with UK & Ireland employment law, internal policies, GDPR, and working regulations. Managing employee relations (ER) cases with professionalism and empathy. Partnering with HRBPs, HR Managers, Operations and Centres of Excellence (Payroll, Recruitment, HRIS) to deliver people initiatives and day-to-day support. Driving process improvement and automation to elevate the employee experience. Managing relationships with external providers (Occupational Health, benefits, tech) to ensure service excellence. Championing a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Providing HR advisory support to our Central Functions, helping leaders navigate people matters with confidence.

What You'll Bring



Proven experience in HR Shared Services and advisory roles. Strong grasp of UK employment law, HR systems, and processes. Skilled in managing employee relations with empathy and professionalism. Excellent communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels. Detail-oriented, discreet, and resilient with a proactive mindset. Passionate about delivering a great employee experience and driving continuous improvement. CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience); project management and recruitment exposure are a plus.
