The role


We're looking for a

People Support Administrator

to join Southern Housing!


Reporting to the People Support Manager in the People Shared Services team, you'll deliver efficient, customer-focused HR administration across the employee lifecycle. You'll handle processes, policies, and queries accurately and on time, escalating complex issues when needed.


You'll be the first point of contact for colleagues and managers, ensuring a high standard of service to internal and external stakeholders.

This is a fixed-term role until March 2026, requiring two days per week in our Sittingbourne office.



What You'll Need:



Experience using HR systems (e.g. ResourceLink, Workday, Unit4, Oracle) Experience managing employee lifecycle processes in a busy HR environment Proven ability to provide HR admin support in a multi-site, multi-discipline business Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
