Position
We're looking for a People and Talent Administrator to join our People & Comms team to play a key role in helping us provide strong support across the business. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting the administration for the entire employee lifecycle, including starters, leavers, payroll, benefits, recruitment coordination, and maintaining our HRIS system (Cezanne HR). You'll be an essential part of the team, interacting with employees and managers, responding to first-line HR queries, and providing a friendly, efficient service that really supports the day-to-day needs of the business.

Requirements
Essential
Strong admin skills, with a good eye for detail
A conscientious, warm, and personable approach, strong at building relationships and always happy to support others
A team player, eager to collaborate and get involved in a variety of projects
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload
A proactive and curious mindset, comfortable reviewing current ways of working and suggesting improvements
A high level of professionalism, able to handle sensitive issues with discretion while ensuring confidentiality and GDPR compliance
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Desirable
Previous experience in a HR admin role, ideally with some recruitment experience
Experience using an HRIS system
An interest in people and talent development and a desire to develop in these areas
