Crown Home Buying & Letting is a Central London real estate agency specialising in high-end residential sales and lettings. We serve both local and international clients, offering a highly personalised and professional service.

We are now seeking a

People & Talent Coordinator

to support recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee engagement, HR administration, and offboarding -- ensuring all people processes are handled smoothly and in accordance with UK employment law.

The Role



This is a hands-on, part-time role ideal for someone with experience in recruitment and HR coordination. You'll manage the employee journey from start to finish -- helping the business grow, stay compliant, and build a strong internal culture.

You'll report directly to the Director and work closely with team leads across sales, lettings, and marketing to support their hiring and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

Draft and post job adverts on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant platforms Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, CV databases, referrals, and industry groups Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on role requirements Conduct first-stage interviews and support line managers in interview scheduling, structure, and decision-making Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process Ensure all pre-employment checks are completed, including Right to Work and reference checks Prepare and issue compliant offer letters and employment contracts in line with UK employment law

Onboarding & Induction



Prepare onboarding documents: new starter forms, ID and proof of address, P45/P46, bank details, etc. Ensure signed policies are returned, including company handbook, confidentiality, GDPR, and IT use Organise welcome meetings, system access, and training schedules Maintain and update onboarding templates and track probation reviews
HR Coordination & Administration

Maintain up-to-date, confidential employee records in accordance with GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 Support benefits administration, holiday tracking, and internal database maintenance Draft HR letters for salary changes, promotions, or contract variations Assist with appraisals, training logs, and file audits Track key dates and ensure timely reminders for probation, visa renewals, and contract reviews
Employee Relations & Culture

Be a first point of contact for staff questions or minor issues Coordinate and escalate internal complaints, grievances, or performance concerns in line with ACAS Code of Practice Support internal engagement initiatives: team socials, internal newsletters, and recognition programs Help nurture a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture
Offboarding & Leavers

Prepare resignation acknowledgements and manage exit documentation Coordinate return of company property, revocation of access, and final payroll info Condu

t and record exit interviews, noting any trends or retention feedback Ensure complete and compliant offboarding for both voluntary and involuntary exits

You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have...



2+ years' experience in HR administration, recruitment, or people operations Experience conducting candidate interviews and managing selection processes Strong knowledge of UK employment law, Right to Work checks, and GDPR compliance Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of organisation, accuracy, and confidentiality Ability to manage your own workload and adapt in a fast-paced environment CIPD Level 3 or above (or working toward it) preferred Experience in property, professional services, or SME environments is a plus

Pay: 24,000.00-28,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 per week
