We're looking for a proactive and highly organised

People

Team Assistan

t to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly by supporting a variety of administrative activities. We're looking for someone who brings proven experience in a similar role--ideally within an HR department--and who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.


You'll need excellent organisation skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal) are essential, as is proficiency with MS Office.



What you'll do:



Providing general administrative support across the People Team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Being the first point of contact of contact for employees, including monitoring of the inbox, responding appropriately and escalating when needed. Assisting with employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding and offboarding tasks, as well as collecting documentation, arranging inductions and ensuring records are complete. Maintaining and updating employee information in databases, ensuring data accuracy and GDPR compliance. Preparing and filing documents such as contracts, correspondence and checklists, as well as keeping the electronic filing system organised. Assisting in digitising employee and crew folders. Taking accurate and confidential notes during meetings and handling sensitive information with care. Supporting the scheduling and coordination of People Team sessions and meetings. Helping the wider People Team with general administration when required. Producing standard reports and summaries from information systems when requested. Preparing employee communications and updates, such as internal announcements or induction materials. Supporting People Team projects such as wellbeing, engagement or data-clean-up initiatives. Performing any other duties as required, within the scope of the role and the employee's competence.

Who We're Looking For



Essential:



Sufficient Administration experience.

Excellent communication skills in

English, both verbal & written

Strong attention to detail skills

Fully Conversant in

MS Office

, in particular

Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

.

Desirable



Any experience or knowledge with HR and associated systems, e.g., BambooHR, Onboard Tracker, Teamtailor, etc. Experience with MS SharePoint and MS Publisher
