We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People Coordinator to join our team. This role will primarily support our Talent Acquisition and People Operations functions, with a

significant and central contribution to Learning & Development initiatives

RESPONSIBILITIES



Learning & Development:

+ Coordinate learning and development initiatives, including organising training sessions, managing logistics, and ensuring proper documentation + Support with the creation and building of engaging business presentations and materials for L&D programs
+ Track and report on training progress and successes using Croud's online learning platform, providing insights to the L&D team
+ Collaborate closely with the L&D team to ensure a smooth and effective induction process for all new hires
+ Assist in maintaining and updating learning resources and platforms

Talent Acquisition:


+ Work with the Talent Acquisition team to determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with hiring managers
+ Support the maintenance and updating of the and Role Document library, including the Task Brief database, to ensure information remains accurate and up to date
+ Support the planning, scheduling, and coordination of interviews and selection activities, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
+ Support the maintenance of accurate and comprehensive recruitment records in TeamTailor, including interview notes and application documents, ensuring accessibility for key stakeholders
+ Support the creation of job advertisements using all available tools and resources to ensure alignment with the Brand's tone and messaging
+ Maintain and regularly update the TA New Starter Talent Tracker to ensure accurate tracking of new hires

People Operations:

+ Provide timely support in responding to internal and external HR inquiries through the Freshdesk
+ Support the upkeep of accurate personnel records in Humaans, covering payroll, personal information, leavers, and turnover rates, to help ensure compliance with employment requirements
+ Provide proactive support in managing the leavers process to ensure timely and smooth completion.
+ Assist with the preparation and management of employee letters, such as those related to salary increases, promotions, and changes in working patterns, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.

General Responsibilities:

+ Foster positive relationships with colleagues and develop a comprehensive understanding of our business, placing our people at the core of all activities.
+ Familiarise and adhere to company policies to effectively support our employees and ensure compliance.
+ Undertake project work as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in handling additional responsibilities.
+ Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost professionalism.

PERSON SPECIFICATION



Previous demonstrable experience in an administrative or recruitment role, emphasising strong administrative skills and adherence to processes. Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS systems is desirable. Proficiency in documenting processes. CIPD Level 3 or equivalent (desirable). Excellent IT skills: competency in G-Suite is desirable. Proven time management skills, experience, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English. Impeccable attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills. Resilient and data-driven. A team player who engages well with others and is willing to "get the job done." Professional manner with a positive, eager-to-help, and engaged attitude. Flexible and adaptable to change. Passionate about delivering first-class candidate and employee service.

and the remaining days from home if you wish.

Standard hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm, there's flexibility if agreed in advance with your line managers (it may also be necessary on occasions to work outside of these hours).
