Role overview
Advance the People Teams impact by delivering, and maintaining the configuration of a full HRIS programme aimed at positioning JD as an employer of choice.
The JD People team puts the colleague at the heart of what we do to develop a level of service that emulates the JD brand and maximises colleague experience.
We are looking for an outstanding Solution Owner, with experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex HRIS solutions. The Solution Owner will lead a small team of SME's with a particular focus on Pay and Benefits modules.
This role is both strategic and hands-on, with a requirement to demonstrate understanding business requirements and processes with the ability to configure system infrastructure and solutions. In addition to communicating with and managing stakeholders, the People Tech Solution Owner will be process-driven, highly analytical and organised. This is a key role in the People team, charged with delivering HRIS solutions seamlessly using effective planning and innovative solution ideas.
