The Role - People/Training Consultant



Due to our growth, we are looking for multiple People/Training Consultants to join our team at CLX UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with well-known UK and international retailers and be involved in retail programmes end to end.

This is a 12-month contract, full time role and will involve occasional travel.

Responsibilities:



Analyse customer data and customer experience metrics

Conduct observational research and visits across retail stores and contact centres

Facilitate structured workshops and listening sessions across various functions

Map colleague lifecycle and customer experience touchpoints

Design training and blended learning modules

Integrate customer experience principles and behaviours into people processes

Develop scalable recognition frameworks (digital and manual)

Establish customer experience principles brands and communications toolkit

Lead meetings and presentations to client

Understanding and interpreting client challenges

Effectively manage program of work and ensure deliverables are met

Focus on human-centred design to put people at the centre of the development process

Ensure assigned projects are delivered on time and within budget

What you will bring to this role:



Ideally 5-7 years of retail experience, preferably in a mainstream supermarket/retail

Exceptional verbal and communication

Strong business analysis skills and understanding of financial reports

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office

Ability to work in a high-paced environment and manage multiple demands

A personable and positive attitude

Adaptable to any given situation

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 300.00-400.00 per day
