As our new

Creative Strategist

, your mission is to

shape the ideas that drive performance

You'll be the bridge between

strategy, media, and creation

-- developing creative concepts, analyzing audiences and performance data, structuring storylines, writing scripts, and ensuring our

testing roadmap

turns insights into measurable results.


You'll work hand in hand with our

media buyers, graphic designers, and video editors

to bring ideas to life -- concepts that not only look great, but truly

scale brands

high-performing ad creatives

Meta, TikTok, Google, and beyond

Your profile

You're a creative mind with a performance-driven heart -- someone who blends data, psychology, and storytelling to make brands grow.


? You have

proven experience

as a Creative Strategist, Creative Lead, or Performance Creative in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.

? You deeply understand

performance marketing mechanics

, including hook frameworks, UGC structures, creative testing, iteration models, and retention psychology.

? You have

hands-on experience

developing testing plans and know how to evaluate and prioritize creative hypotheses.

? You bring

strong strategic thinking

-- analyzing targets, audiences, and performance signals to inform creative decisions.

? You can

lead structured creative briefings

with Media Buyers, Video Editors, and Graphic Designers -- ensuring everyone works toward the same performance goal.

? You enjoy

monitoring active tests

, verifying flawless execution, and guiding the next iteration step.

? You're skilled at

concepting angles, storylines, ad frameworks, and UGC outlines

that convert.

? You can give

clear, actionable feedback

to creatives and translate performance data into insights that scale.

? You stay

on top of trends, DTC competitors, and social formats

-- especially on TikTok and Meta.

? You're

fluent in German and English

? You are

proactive, organized, collaborative
