Our Business and Commercial Banking team plays a vital role in supporting businesses across the UK. We dedicate ourselves to making better decisions through the power of data. As part of this journey we're looking for a Performance Analyst to help turn insight into meaningful action that shapes how we serve our customers and deliver on our strategic ambitions.
You'll join a collaborative team that's focused on bringing clarity to complex problems. Working across people process and technology you'll help translate our strategic blueprint into practical design principles and reporting solutions. Responsibilities will include:
Translate the Commercial Banking blueprint into clear organisational design principles including Relationship Manager set sizes, regional coverage and sector focus
Develop and deliver reporting capabilities that support BCB's strategic priorities
Work closely with partners across the business to gather requirements and provide meaningful insight
Ensure data integrity by defining clear data standards and interpreting large datasets accurately
Use tools like Power BI and Excel to turn complex data into actionable insight
Lead and deliver small to medium scale projects within an established programme management plan

What you'll need:
Experience in an Analytics or MI team
: Prior experience in a similar role where you've worked with large datasets and used tools like Power BI and Excel to deliver actionable insights at Exec level
Ability to interpret and handle sophisticated data efficiently
: You'll need to produce high-quality information, analysis and research from large volumes of data.
Strong Commercial Awareness
: You must have a deep understanding of the Business and Commercial Banking environment with a proven track record of using commercial insight to support effective decision making.
