The School Planner Company (part of Mimeo Ltd) is seeking a performance-leaning growth marketer to accelerate demand generation and lead conversion in the UK and European schools market.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can create demand as well as optimise and convert that demand efficiently. You will own the full growth funnel from audience insight and experimentation through to qualified leads and revenue impact, working closely with sales and regional marketing stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation and Growth Experimentation
Identify, test, and scale new demand opportunities across paid and organic channels, with a focus on schools and education buyers.
Design and run structured experiments across audiences, propositions, channels, and creative to unlock incremental growth.
Develop and iterate growth hypotheses based on market insight, performance data, and sales feedback.
Build repeatable demand-generation methods that can be scaled across regions.
Performance Marketing and Conversion
Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Own conversion performance end-to-end, from ad engagement and landing pages through to lead quality and pipeline contribution.
Continuously refine targeting, messaging, and funnel mechanics to improve efficiency and lead intent.
Balance experimentation with disciplined optimisation of proven channels.
Data, Insight and Attribution
Use analytics and CRM data (GA4, Looker, Freshsales, Salesforce) to understand performance from impression through to revenue.
Track lead quality, progression, and outcomes in partnership with sales.
Improve attribution and reporting to highlight what is genuinely driving incremental growth.
Turn data into clear recommendations and decisive action.
Collaboration and Ownership
Work closely with sales teams to align marketing activity with real buying behaviour and qualification standards.
Partner with content, design, and regional marketing colleagues where helpful, while retaining ownership of growth outcomes.
Share learnings, frameworks, and results to raise marketing maturity across the business.
Budget and Efficiency
Manage channel budgets responsibly, increasing lead volume and quality without proportional increases in spend.
Monitor and improve CPL, CPA, and ROI metrics.
Identify opportunities to automate or simplify reporting and optimisation processes.

High analytical capability: able to interpret data, spot patterns, and act decisively.
Experience working with analytics and CRM platforms to assess lead quality and commercial impact.
