Join Protein Works as our first Performance Creative Strategist, a role built for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, creativity, and growth. You'll be instrumental in shaping the performance creative strategy of our paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Amazon, driving performance through scroll-stopping ideas rooted in insight and strategy.
This is a hands-on and strategic role, perfect for someone who understands what makes customers click, convert, and come back. You'll take the lead in developing and scaling high-performing creative concepts across our DTC channels in the UK and EU--partnering closely with designers, editors, and media buyers to turn ideas into revenue-generating assets.

About the Role
As our Performance Creative Strategist, you'll be the creative engine behind our paid media success. Sitting between growth and creative, you'll own the process of turning performance insights into engaging ads that convert across Meta (FB/IG), Google (YouTube, Display, Search), TikTok, Programmatic Display (Criteo and Stackadapt) and Amazon Sponsored Ads.
You'll write smart, performance-informed briefs, partner with creatives to build ad assets, and work closely with our media buyer partners to launch, test, and iterate fast. If you're passionate about building brands through creative that sells, this role is for you.
