Paddle UK is the Governing Body for Paddlesports. We have had many advances in our sport, and paddling now covers a wide range of interests and passions as a sport and a leisure activity for all. Working Hours:

The role requires flexibility to work unsociable hours, including weekends, as well as the ability to travel and spend extended periods abroad

The Role

We have ambitious goals for our

Canoe Sprint and Paracanoe World-Class Programme

delivering medal-winning performances at World Cups, European and World Championships, and the Olympic and Paralympic Games. Our success is built on a thriving pathway, a connected community, and a commitment to excellence in everything we do.



Were looking for a Performance Director to lead this journey. Youll oversee a performance budget of approximately 7.5 million across the LA Olympic cycle and manage a talented team of six direct reports.



We are seeking an engaging, committed, and creative leader with:



A deep understanding of high-performance sport Significant pathway development experience Proven ability to lead cultural change A strong track record of operating at a strategic leadership level Empathy, humility, and emotional intelligence
