We are pleased to be advertising for the key position of Performance Manager to support our Operations team. This role will suit someone who is self-motivated, meticulous and highly organised, and one who has a passion for analysing complex statistical data and making a difference.
With the ability to turn "big data" into meaningful information to assist with making recommendations across all levels of the business. Applying integrity across all data processing and subsequent outputs.
If you have an eye for detail, can identify trends and patterns of information accompanied with excellent IT skills. Experience in using intermediate / advanced Microsoft Excel, Access and knowledge of using Power Bi will be an advantage for you to maximise your potential at Tram Operations as our Performance Manager.
The job holder will be confident, articulate and a competent communicator (verbal and written). A wide range of inter-personal skills are required to ensure effective internal and external working relationships across all levels within TOL and with our client, London Trams.
Working closely with the frontline Operational team, the data you produce will be used to fault find, improve performance, improve safety and optimise maintenance.
You will be the business's "Critical Friend" and will not be afraid to have difficult conversations with your peers or senior managers. You will be passionate about identifying efficiencies and solutions, improving working methods, developing and managing our performance improvement plans.
This is a non-safety-critical role, but the post holder is subject to the requirements of the Company's policies in respect of Alcohol and Drugs.
Requirements for Role:
Line Management experience desirable but not essential.
* Ability to analyse and translate numeric data into clear concise written reports.
