As we continue to grow, we are now strengthening our Marketing team with a Performance Marketing Executive in our Ipswich Head Office.


Within this role, you will:

Play a key role in driving growth and visibility of the Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines brand through paid digital channels. Be responsible for delivering compelling, high-performing creative across PPC and Paid Social to acquire new customers. Take a data-led approach to evaluate the effectiveness of paid digital activity to provide actionable insights that shape future activity. Manage key partnerships such as Travelzoo, liaising with internal teams to source bespoke offers.

The successful candidate will have:

Previous Digital Marketing experience. An understanding of PPC and paid social media marketing platforms. Experience using analytics software, such as GA4. Strong proofreading skills and a keen eye for detail.

This is a permanent full-time role, working 35 hours per week on a hybrid basis, Monday to Friday, 9 to 5.
