We combine data-led marketing, direct-response advertising, and proprietary AI systems to generate and nurture investor demand at scale.

You will be joining a rapidly growing business at a pivotal stage, with several AI-led systems and commercial projects in development, with significant scope for personal and professional growth.

Role Summary

We are looking for a capable, junior-level marketer who can own execution across paid ads, social content, design, and reporting.

You won't be expected to invent strategy, but you must be comfortable running ads, design work, spotting issues and improving performance over time. This is an ideal role for someone early in their marketing career who wants to gain hands-on experience across Meta, Google, AI-assisted content, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Ads:

Set up, manage, and optimise Meta (facebook and Instagram) ads

Manage Google Ads/PPC campaigns

Monitor budgets, CPLs, CTRs and conversions

Follow testing structures

Design & Reporting

Social Media

Schedule and post content across platforms

Repurpose long-form content into short posts and visuals

Maintain consistent brand tone and cadence

Co-ordinate content and webinars

Graphics & Creative

Content and video creation

Daily campaign health checks

Weekly performance reports

Maintain basic dashboards

AI & Automation Awareness

Be comfortable using AI tools

Follow AI workflows provided (no coding required, although technical knowledge is a plus)

Understand the role of AI in marketing execution

Knowledge of AI tools preferred

This is

not

a senior strategy role, or a theory-heavy marketing position. Neither is it a purely creative role with no accountability; this is an execution-first role where metrics matter.

You will be joining a small team on the verge of a massive expansion, with unique prospects for the right candidate. Due to the dynamic and fast-moving nature of the role, this is an in-person only position. Due to the location, you must have your own transport.

Pay: From 24,420.00 per year
