Reporting to: Head of Marketing




Role Purpose:




We are seeking a highly analytical and creative

Performance Marketing Executive

to join our dynamic UK marketing team. This role is critical to driving marketing effectiveness through data-led decision-making, performance measurement, and best practice sharing.


As

Performance Marketing Executive

, you will play a key role in managing the development and optimisation of our performance marketing analysis. You will work with the Head of Marketing to advise upon new strategies to drive lead generation and support broader business objectives.


You will work closely with UK & Global teams to align business objectives with measurable outcomes. You'll have

B2B experience

in performance analysis, reviewing campaign data, reporting on performance and influencing improved lead generation and advise on budget allocation. As well, you will have

strong technical skills

within HubSpot, Microsoft and Google platforms, building and optimising marketing reporting and attribution.

Responsibilities:




You will report into the to the Head of Marketing and will have the following key responsibilities:


Drive the development and implementation of marketing performance metrics and attribution. Own all marketing activity and outcome reporting, collating all activity and manage the marketing suite of reporting. Supporting the HoM, you will help assist with the maintenance and budget management of all marketing activity building out CPA reporting and forecasting models. Contribute and support wider team with graphic production or amendments for marketing teams and wider business assets. Support wider marketing team with any ad-hoc requests.

KPIs:




Quality and accuracy of reporting

through daily management and review of performance metrics across all marketing channels.

Performance accuracy and communication

that will inform and influence channel strategy and measurable outcomes.

Accuracy of budget management

with the Head of Marketing, innovating our CPA reporting across marketing channels and produce forecasting models.

Skills & Knowledge:




Advanced understanding of marketing metrics and attribution, with

experience of project management, applications and tools. (HubSpot, Microsoft, Google platforms along with design platforms such as Canva, Adobe).

Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments

, having strong organisational, relationship and communication skills.

, with the ability to support and manage multiple marketing channel's expectations and deadlines efficiently.
