The Vacancy

We're looking for an ambitious and driven Performance Marketing Lead to take ownership of our acquisition activities and digital performance engine.


This role requires someone who is highly analytical and has a hands-on performance marketing background so they can set the right strategy, know when to dig into the detail, make data-driven decisions and push/challenge the agencies to deliver the best results.


Key objective is to help deliver new customer acquisition and business revenue targets through our digital channels and website. You'll do so by being responsible for shaping our digital acquisition/growth plan while executing campaigns across paid media, CRO, SEO/GEO and digital channels with agency support. The successful candidate will combine analytical rigour with creative problem-solving to drive serious growth in a FTSE 250 environment.

This role will require you to be in the office, 4 days per week at our Head Office in Camden.
