We're now seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to take ownership of our paid media strategy. This role is not for someone looking to simply manage ads. It's for a strategic thinker and hands-on operator who thrives on testing, learning, and scaling campaigns that deliver measurable growth.
You'll work closely with our founder and in-house content team to shape campaigns that feel premium, perform exceptionally, and position gee as the most loved hair extension brand in the UK and beyond.
The Role
As our Performance Marketing Lead, you will oversee all paid media activity across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google (Search, Shopping, Display). From strategy to execution and analysis, this is a role for someone who combines analytical rigour with creative instincts.
This is not an agency environment. You'll have full ownership, the freedom to test bold ideas, and the opportunity to make a direct impact on the growth of a fast-moving premium brand.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage all paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google, ensuring full-funnel strategies for acquisition and retention.
Analyse performance daily, reporting on ROAS, CAC, AOV, LTV, and using insights to drive continual improvement.
Lead creative testing: develop and refine hooks, visuals, copy, and formats that align with our luxury positioning.
Research competitors, trends, and platform updates to keep gee ahead of the curve.
Brief and collaborate with the content team to ensure all ads look elevated and convert effectively.
Optional: Support with Klaviyo/email marketing campaigns if you have relevant experience.
About You
Minimum 3 years' experience running paid social and search campaigns for eCommerce brands, ideally in beauty, fashion, or luxury.
A proven track record of scaling profitable campaigns through testing and data-driven decision making.
Expert knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and GA4.
Strong creative judgement and the ability to brief high-performing, on-brand content.
Proactive and resourceful, with a test-and-learn mindset and a passion for results.
Must be based near Manchester and able to work in-house.
Must provide examples of successful ad campaigns, including creative and performance results.
